Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to oversee and manage interior design and fit-out projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and technical skills, with a proven track record in managing timelines, budgets, and teams in the interior design or construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Management:
- Lead and coordinate all phases of interior design and fit-out projects.
- Develop detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with design and client teams.
Execution & Coordination:
- Supervise site work and ensure it aligns with design specifications and quality standards.
- Liaise between design teams, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Manage procurement and timely delivery of materials and furnishings.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve any on-site issues or delays.
Client & Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular project updates, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure client satisfaction and adherence to agreed timelines and budgets.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
- 3–7 years of experience in managing interior design, fit-out, or construction projects.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and construction processes.
- Proficient in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, Excel).
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit is a plus.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams under tight deadlines.
