We Waterproofing Company based in Sharjah are in search of a Project Manager for leading and coordinating all aspects of waterproofing projects, coordinates with foreman and Engineers from initial planning to final execution till final settlement of the projects.
* Develop project scope, timelines and budgets.
* Coordinate with Team Members and Main contractors.
* Monitor and manage project costs, ensuring profitability and adherence to the budget.
* Communicate with Clients, Subcontractors and internal Teams providing regular updates to
General Manager.
* Ensure that all waterproofing work is completed to the required standards.
* Maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their
satisfaction.
* Excellent verbal and written communication both in English and Arabic.
* Ability to identify and resolve project issues, including material shortages, delays or
technical problems.
* Ability to lead and motivate a team of professionals, creating a positive and productive work environment.
SALARY WILL BE DISCUSSED UPON INTERVIEW
DRIVING LICENSE ( Having Own vehicle is an added advantage )
