Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our Procurement Team in managing fit-out, refurbishment, and capex projects across our nurseries. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest standards of safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project scoping, planning, and scheduling with internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and track detailed project plans (Gantt charts, S-curves, schedules)
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers for timely execution
- Monitor project costs, vendor invoices, and manage change orders
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality, safety, and compliance
- Maintain all documentation including drawings, RFIs, permits, and handover reports
- Prepare weekly dashboards for progress, cost updates, and HSE metrics
- Ensure all work complies with local authorities (ADEK, Municipality, Civil Defense) and KFG standards
- Assist in project closeouts, snagging, and lessons-learned documentation
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil preferred) or Construction Management
- 3–5 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction, preferably across multi-site projects
- Strong command of MS Project, project scheduling tools, and CRM systems
- Competent in reviewing AutoCAD drawings, BOQs, and managing cost controls
- Familiarity with UAE authority approval processes (Municipality, Civil Defense, ADEK)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Valid UAE driving license
Nice to Have
- PMP®, CAPM®, or equivalent certification in project management
- Experience in the education or childcare sector
