Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager / Tech Lead to oversee the successful planning, execution, and delivery of web and mobile application projects. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technology execution. Ideal candidate should have 8+ years of total experience in which 3+ years of Project Management experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams across frontend, backend, mobile, and QA departments
- Own project scope, timelines, risk assessment, resource allocation, and delivery schedules
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal technical teams
- Define product goals in collaboration with stakeholders
- Maintain project documentation and performance reports
- Conduct technical reviews, validate architectural decisions, and ensure code quality
- Giving continuous and constructive feedback on all the things
- Helps the team to grow continuously as a group and is responsible for each direct report’s career.
Required Skills:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in project or technical management, managing web and mobile applications
- Proven experience managing mobile (iOS, Android, Flutter) and web development projects
- Should be well versed with all forms of technical documentation, including but not limited to FRS, SRC, BRD documents etc.
- Should be able to make test cases and perform tests on the project before delivering.
- Strong technical background in software engineering (web, mobile, APIs)
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities, with proven success designing and scaling real-time data systems
- Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to think from first principles and prototype new ideas rapidly.
