We are a leading construction company seeking a qualified and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7–8 years of proven project management experience in the construction field. Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage construction projects from planning to handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and project specifications.
- Manage project risks and resolve issues to keep projects on track.
- Supervise site operations to ensure timely completion.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- 7–8 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency preferred.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Knowledge of local construction codes and regulations.
