We are looking for a qualified and experienced Project Manager to oversee project execution in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have strong project management capabilities, leadership skills, and a sound technical background in the [construction/engineering] sector. A valid UAE Driving License and Dubai Municipality (DM) Engineer Approval are mandatory.
Availability: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Prepare and update project plans, schedules, and reports.
- Supervise site execution, ensuring safety and quality compliance.
- Identify and manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure alignment with DM and other local authority regulations.
- Manage procurement, vendor coordination, and site logistics.
- Maintain project documentation and report progress to senior management.
