Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee our ongoing and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end project execution, from design coordination and procurement to on-site installation and client handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Coordinate with clients, architects, suppliers, and internal teams
- Oversee production schedules and factory workflows
- Monitor quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Provide regular progress reports to management
- Resolve on-site challenges and ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience in construction or fit-out, preferably in aluminum/glass structures
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction regulations and processes
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and related software
- UAE Driving License is mandatory
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
