Project Manager (Construction)
Location: Silicon Oasis, Dubai

We are a well-established construction company operating across the UAE with a strong track record in high-rise, villa communities, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Prepare project execution plans in line with client requirements, contract terms, and UAE regulatory standards.
- Schedule, allocate resources, and monitor project timelines using Primavera P6/MS Project.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, authorities (DM, DDA, etc.), and internal departments.
Authority Approvals & Compliance
- Ensure all works comply with UAE construction codes and secure approvals from relevant authorities (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defence, DEWA, etc.).
- Submit necessary documentation and drawings for permits and inspections.
Cost & Quality Control
- Monitor project budgets, progress billing, and variation orders.
- Ensure work execution aligns with quality control plans and project specifications.
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Enforce HSE plans as per UAE labor law and municipality requirements.
- Lead site inspections and ensure zero LTI (Loss Time Injuries) incidents.
Team & Site Management
- Supervise engineers, foremen, and labor teams, ensuring high productivity and discipline.
- Conduct coordination meetings with stakeholders to ensure timely decisions and progress.
Reporting & Client Updates
- Provide weekly/monthly reports to senior management and clients.
- Manage snagging, handing over, and project close-out documentation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 6 years UAE experience as a Project Manager in civil (Villa/ Building) projects
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, authority processes (DM, ADM, Trakhees, etc.), and HSE standards
- Proficiency in Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office
- Valid UAE Driving License (preferred)
- PMP certification is a plus
- Excellent leadership, communication, and multi-cultural team management skills
