Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager – Fit-Out to lead and manage high-end interior fit-out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing commercial, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and budget control.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, manage, and execute complete fit-out projects including scope, timelines, resources, and budget.
Coordinate with consultants, designers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery.
Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and material submittals, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
Monitor on-site progress, ensure timely procurement, and resolve any technical or contractual issues.
Lead project meetings, track milestones, and report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and project quality standards.
Manage contracts, variations, billing, and client approvals.
Supervise site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure efficient task execution.
Maintain accurate documentation including schedules, budgets, site reports, and as-built records.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in fit-out project management.
Strong understanding of interior construction, finishes, materials, and MEP integration.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Primavera) and AutoCAD.
Strong budgeting, planning, and organizational skills.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
