Job Title: Project Manager – Interior Fitout
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Reports To: Operations Manager/General Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, plan, and execute interior fitout projects, ensuring alignment with project scope, schedule, and budget.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop and manage project schedules, procurement plans, and cost estimates.
- Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
- Oversee site activities, monitor progress, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that may arise.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, variations, and approvals.
- Ensure quality control measures are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in project delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in interior fitout project management within the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of fitout materials, finishes, MEP coordination, and construction methodologies.
- Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with local authority regulations (ADM, DM, Trakhees, Civil Defense, etc.).
- PMP certification is a plus.
- UAE Driving License is required.
