Centurion Properties is seeking a seasoned Project Manager – Piling & Shoring to lead and manage deep foundation works across our development portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise and site leadership experience to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of piling and shoring operations in line with our project goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of piling, shoring, and anchoring works across real estate development sites.
- Review and validate geotechnical reports, foundation designs, and contractor methodologies to ensure optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to align technical scope with project timelines.
- Monitor site activities, resolve technical or execution issues, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Obtain necessary authority approvals and ensure compliance with UAE regulations and local codes.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, progress reports, and method statements.
- Lead value engineering efforts to optimize costs without compromising structural integrity.
- Support the procurement process by evaluating technical aspects of piling and shoring subcontractors.
- Represent Centurion Properties in client/consultant/contractor meetings related to foundation works.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Civil, Geotechnical, or Structural Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 12 years’ experience in execution & technical coordination related to deep foundation construction (piling, shoring, retaining structures), preferably with exposure to real estate or developer-driven projects in the UAE.
- Project Management: Demonstrated experience in managing site teams, coordinating with stakeholders, and driving timely project execution.
- Communication: Strong leadership, negotiation, and reporting skills.
- Other: Arabic Speaking , G+ Unlimited DM Certification
