Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive – Projects to join our team in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project-based sales within the construction, architectural, or building materials sector. This role requires strong networking skills, the ability to influence key stakeholders, and a proactive approach to driving sales across major projects in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop project sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, contractors, architects, and developers.
- Present and promote the company’s architectural and building products to project decision-makers.
- Prepare and deliver competitive technical and commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to project execution and post-sales follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, estimation, procurement) to ensure timely project delivery.
- Maintain accurate sales records, project updates, and customer interactions using CRM software.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new business opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Architecture, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of project sales experience in the UAE construction or architectural industry.
- Strong professional network of consultants, contractors, and developers in the UAE.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
