Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Project Sales Executive to lead the end-to-end sales cycle for high-end window treatment solutions across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying new opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and overseeing projects from concept to final installation, with a strong focus on consultative selling and technical alignment.
Key Responsibilities:Sales & Business Development
- Lead Generation: Proactively engage with architects, consultants, contractors, interior designers, and project managers to identify and qualify new project opportunities.
- Pipeline Management: Build, track, and maintain a strong pipeline of active and upcoming projects.
- Sales Closure: Prepare and deliver impactful proposals and presentations, negotiate terms, and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Technical Consultation & Project Advisory
- Needs Assessment: Conduct site inspections, assess shading and automation requirements, take measurements, and understand project goals.
- Product & System Guidance: Recommend suitable products, motorized systems, automation integrations (e.g., smart controls), and material selections tailored to project needs.
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal design, technical, and installation teams to ensure alignment on specifications, timelines, and deliverables.
- Project Documentation: Prepare and manage detailed proposals, BOQs, technical drawings, and necessary approvals.
- Execution Oversight: Monitor on-site progress, resolve technical or installation challenges, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
Client Relationship Management
- Post-Sales Support: Provide after-sales service, including system support, maintenance assistance, and potential upgrades.
- Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Competitive Monitoring: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in smart shading and interior solutions.
- Reporting: Provide timely reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of successful experience in project-based sales, preferably in window treatments, shading systems, automation, curtains/blinds, or interior fit-out industries.
- Hands-on experience with motorized shading systems and smart home integrations is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Technical understanding of curtain/blind systems, automation controls, and architectural detailing.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
