Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Project Sales Executive to drive business growth for our premium window treatment solutions across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in project-based sales and a consultative approach to delivering tailored shading and automation systems from concept through completion.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with architects, consultants, contractors, designers, and project stakeholders to generate new business leads.
- Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and track a healthy pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects.
- Sales Closure: Deliver impactful presentations and proposals that lead to project wins and achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
Technical Consultation & Project Advisory
- Site Assessments: Conduct detailed site visits to gather requirements, take accurate measurements, and understand installation conditions.
- Product Recommendations: Offer expert advice on curtain/blind types, motorization, automation systems, and fabric/material options suited to each project.
Project Coordination & Delivery
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal design, technical, and installation teams to align on specifications and timelines.
- Documentation: Manage the preparation of project proposals, technical drawings, BOQs, and other required documentation.
- Execution Oversight: Monitor on-site installations, ensure quality control, and address challenges swiftly to meet client expectations.
Client Relationship Management
- Post-Sales Support: Provide ongoing assistance after installation, including maintenance coordination, upgrades, and client education.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate long-term relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Industry Monitoring: Stay updated on trends, product innovations, and competitor strategies.
- Reporting: Submit periodic sales reports and market feedback to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 3–5 years of UAE-based, project-oriented sales experience.
- Preferably in window treatments, motorized shading, smart automation, or interior fit-out sectors.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of curtain/blind systems, automation integration, and architectural drawings.
- License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project documentation, proposal development, and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,500.00 per month
