Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Curtains & Blinds Division. This role suits a dynamic individual with a strong background in interior fit-out, soft furnishings, or architectural interiors, who can manage client relationships, conduct site visits, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized window treatment solutions. A valid UAE driver’s license is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:Business Development
- Identify and secure new business opportunities across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through client outreach, referrals, and industry networking.
Client Engagement & Site Visits
- Conduct site visits to understand client requirements, take precise measurements, and offer tailored curtain and blind solutions.
- Interpret both functional and aesthetic needs to recommend suitable designs, fabrics, and automation options.
Consultative Selling
- Present and explain curtain/blind solutions, including motorized systems, fabric choices, and track mechanisms.
- Provide professional, consultative guidance to help clients make informed decisions.
Quotation & Sales Management
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
- Negotiate terms and follow up to ensure deal closure and client satisfaction.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate with internal design, procurement, and installation teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor order status, perform quality checks, and address any site-related challenges.
Market Awareness
- Stay updated on the latest trends in interior design, fabrics, automation, and window treatment technologies.
- Share insights with management regarding customer preferences and emerging market demands.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience:
- 2–5 years of successful sales experience in curtains, blinds, interior fit-out, or related sectors.
License:
- Valid UAE driving license is required.
Product Knowledge:
- Solid understanding of curtain/blind systems, fabric types, motorization, installation techniques, and interior design alignment.
Sales Skills:
- Strong ability to present, negotiate, and close deals in a competitive, solution-based sales environment.
Communication:
- Excellent verbal and written English skills; Arabic is an advantage.
Professionalism:
- Well-groomed, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
Independence:
- Self-motivated and capable of managing site schedules and client communications independently while coordinating effectively with internal departments.
