Looking for an experience projects coordinator to start immediately to manage and assist fitout projects.
Job Description:
1) Prepare documentation for the project (ie RAMS, permit to work, material submittals)
2) Coordinate the preparation of drawings, submission, and approvals
3) Follow up suppliers and material deliveries
4) Create reports on the status of the project
5) Regular visits to the site and meetings with the project manager
6) Planning for upcoming projects
7) Follow up finance depart to ensure payments are released to suppliers
8) Coordinate the invoice preparations and submission
Qualifications
1) Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Civil or Mechanical
2) Minimum 3 years experience in the construction industry with a technical position
3) Fluent in english
4) Must have working knowledge with microsoft office applications
