Job Title: Project Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Quotation & Proposal Management – Prepare accurate quotations, project proposals, and presentations.
✔ Project Documentation – Define projects based on POs, prepare submittals, Request for Information (RFIs), and compliance documents.
✔ Financial Coordination – Invoices
✔ Order Processing & Client Communication – Handle client orders, track deliveries, and ensure smooth coordination.
✔ Sales Support – Assist the sales team with sampling, documentation, and follow-ups to close deals.
✔ Reporting & Tracking – Maintain project records, reconciliation reports, and CRM updates.
✔ Logistics & Scheduling – Coordinate deliveries and site team collaboration.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Experience: at least 1+ years in ceramic tiles, sanitary ware, or ironmongery projects.
Skills:
- Strong communication & coordination abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and Oracle (preferred).
- Detail-oriented with excellent multitasking skills.
- Language: Fluent in English (written & spoken).
