Job Title: Project Manager-Engineering
Location: Dubai, UAE
Industry: Real Estate Development
Experience: Minimum 12+ years total experience, with 8+ years of relevant experience in UAE real estate industry
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage real estate development projects from planning to execution.
- Ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and consultants for smooth project execution.
- Review engineering designs, technical drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure adherence to safety standards.
- Work closely with procurement and project management teams to ensure availability of materials and resources.
- Implement best practices in engineering, construction, and sustainability to optimize project outcomes.
- Manage and mentor engineering teams, ensuring skill development and performance improvement.
- Ensure regulatory compliance, obtain necessary approvals, and handle documentation as per UAE laws.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to prevent delays or budget overruns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 10-12 years of total experience, with at least 8+ years in real estate engineering in the UAE.
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction laws, building codes, and regulatory approvals.
- Experience in managing large-scale residential/commercial real estate projects.
- Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, and engineering software.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay: From AED25,000.00 per month
