- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in construction project management.
- Proven track record of managing projects of similar scope and scale.
- Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects from start to finish.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Monitor and control project progress, costs, and quality standards.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings with the site team and client.
