Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Provide expert advice on the real estate market and property options.
- Conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with local property trends and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (Mandatory)
- Fluency in English, Russian, and Chinese
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player
