Job Description:
As a Property Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties while providing expert advice and delivering excellent customer service. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist clients with property inquiries, viewings, and transactions.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
· Stay updated on Dubai’s property market trends and legal regulations.
· Promote and market available properties to potential clients.
· Achieve monthly sales and leasing targets.
· Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
· UAE National (Emiratization role).
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Fluency in English and Arabic (preferred).
· Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-driven.
· Previous real estate or sales experience is an advantage (training provided).
