As a Property Consultant at 888 Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in helping clients find their dream homes and investment opportunities in Dubai’s thriving real estate market. Success in this position means building strong client relationships, providing expert guidance, and achieving sales targets while delivering top-tier service.

What You’ll Do
· Client Consultation: Understand clients’ needs and provide tailored real estate solutions.
· Property Sales & Leasing: Guide clients through the buying, selling, and leasing process.
· Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive listings.
· Lead Generation: Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
· Negotiation & Closing: Ensure smooth transactions by negotiating the best deals for clients.
What We’re Looking For
· Experience in real estate sales or leasing (1+ years preferred, but we welcome ambitious newcomers).
· Excellent communication & negotiation skills – confident, persuasive, and client-focused.
· Self-motivated & target-driven – thrives in a performance-based environment.
· Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and RERA certification (preferred but not mandatory).
· Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
· UAE Driving License (preferred).
