Key Responsibilities:
- Client Representation: Advise and represent clients (buyers, sellers, renters) in property transactions, ensuring their needs and goals are met.
- Market Research: Conduct research on market trends, property valuations, and local neighborhoods to provide accurate information and insights to clients.
- Marketing: Create promotional materials, manage online and social media presence, and organize advertising campaigns to promote properties for sale or rent.
- Property Showings: Schedule and conduct property viewings, open houses, and client meetings.
- Negotiation: Present offers, negotiate terms and prices with buyers, sellers, and other professionals to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
- Documentation:Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of contracts, agreements, and other necessary legal and closing documents.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other real estate professionals.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and other parties.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals for clients.
- Market Knowledge: Up-to-date knowledge of real estate market trends, zoning regulations, and industry practices.
- Administrative Skills: Ability to manage appointments, maintain databases, and handle administrative tasks efficiently.
- Sales & Marketing: Proven ability to market properties and generate leads.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
