Job Title: Property Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Property Consultant to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, assisting clients in buying, selling, and leasing properties, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through networking, marketing, and referrals.
- Assist clients in property viewings, negotiations, and closing deals.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and available listings.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate / Property Consultant in the UAE.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- RERA certification (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
