About the Role:
Top Rated Real Estate is expanding and looking for experienced Property Consultants to join our dynamic team.
If you're motivated, skilled in both secondary and off-plan sales, and want to maximize your earnings, this is the opportunity for you. What You'll Do:
- Handle ready and off-plan property transactions
- Manage client meetings, viewings, and negotiations
- Maintain knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, trends, and regulations
- Generate and convert leads into successful sales
- Build long-term relationships with clients and investors
- Work both independently and as part of a high-performing team
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Dubai real estate
- Proven track record in sales (ready and off-plan)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and result-driven
- RERA certified (preferred)
- Own database is a strong advantage
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
