Job Description:
RiseUp Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Property Consultant of Chinese nationality to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, a proven ability to communicate effectively with Chinese clients, and a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source and list properties for sale and rent.
- Build and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Provide professional guidance and advice on buying, selling, and leasing properties.
- Conduct viewings and negotiate deals to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and trends.
- Assist clients through the entire transaction process, from property selection to closing.
Requirements:
- Chinese nationality (Mandarin-speaking required).
- Previous experience in real estate sales or customer service preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and a team player.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (Arabic is a plus).
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred but not mandatory.
