About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Property Consultant with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Dubai’s real estate market to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, leasing, and client relationship management, with in-depth knowledge of Dubai’s property landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure potential buyers/tenants through networking, referrals, and marketing strategies.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate deals, and close sales/leases efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, pricing, and regulations.
- Collaborate with developers, landlords, and investors to expand property portfolio.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive lead generation.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience (mandatory).
- Valid RERA certification (preferred).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages a plus).
- Existing client database/network is an advantage.
