Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join our growing team in the UAE. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will play a key role in helping clients buy, sell, or rent properties while providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate is driven, personable, and has a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate information about the features, pricing, and legal requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong network of clients and real estate leads.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitive inventory.
- Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively.
- Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and documents related to transactions.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and deliver exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.
Requirements:
- Miniumum 3-5 years Property sales
- Strong communication, presentable and negotiation
- UAE DL & CAR
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
Experience:
- Real Estate Property Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
