Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales within Dubai and a strong understanding of the local market.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their real estate needs and preferences.
- Attend developer meetings and provide clients with detailed information about available properties.
- Negotiate and close property sales agreements.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations in Dubai.
- Prepare and present sales reports and property analysis to clients and management.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and maintain high standards of customer service.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Sales Agent in Dubai is preferred.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and properties effectively.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
