Job Summary:
We are looking for highly motivated and professional Real Estate Agents to join our growing team in Dubai. The role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, with a focus on providing excellent service and building lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively source and list new properties for sale or rent
- Conduct market research and evaluate property values across different areas of Dubai
- Guide clients through property tours, viewings, and inspections
- Negotiate sales and rental deals between buyers/sellers or landlords/tenants
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and legal requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 6 months of experience as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation abilities
- Self-driven, proactive, and client-focused
