Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and manage the PTW system as per Vale project procedures.
- Review, validate, and issue work permits ensuring all safety requirements are met.
- Coordinate with client representatives, site engineers, and HSE teams for permit approvals and job execution.
- Maintain accurate daily permit tracking and ensure timely close-out of permits.
- Ensure all documentation related to PTW is properly filed and updated.
- Assist in safety audits, site inspections, and toolbox talks as necessary.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of English with strong communication skills.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in both brownfield and greenfield projects, especially in construction and piling works.
- NEBOSH IGC certification is mandatory.
- In-depth knowledge of PTW systems and HSE regulations.
- Prior experience in shutdown or brownfield projects is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and site hazard management.
