Job Title: Purchasing Executive – Glass Installation
Location: Dubai
Job Type: Full-Time
Experience Required: 2–4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase glass, aluminum, accessories, and consumables for installation projects.
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- Issue and track purchase orders, ensuring on-time delivery to project sites.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and subcontractors.
- Work closely with the project and site teams to understand material requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse/store team.
- Maintain procurement records and reports.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in glass, façade.
- Knowledge of glass types, aluminum systems, fittings, and installation materials.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to read BOQs and basic technical drawings.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP/procurement systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Procurement, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred:
- Experience working with subcontractors or installation teams.
- Local market knowledge of glass and construction material suppliers.
- Driving license (if travel to suppliers/sites is required).
