Location: Dubai, UAE Role: QC Assistant – Food Manufacturing
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct daily inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods
- Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and Dubai Municipality food safety standards
- Maintain accurate QC documentation and support internal audits
- Collaborate with production and hygiene teams to resolve quality issues
What We’re Looking For:
- Diploma or Bachelor's in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
- 1+ year experience in food manufacturing or bakery QC
- Familiarity with hygiene protocols and food safety documentation
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
