The QHSE Assistant supports the QHSE manager in the implementation and upkeep of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across the organization. The role involves assisting with audits, training, reporting, and compliance activities to ensure adherence to regulatory and company policies. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about safety, quality, and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in maintaining QHSE policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Maintain records of permits, licenses, certifications, and ensure timely renewals.
Support in conducting risk assessments, site inspections, and internal audits to identify and rectify non-conformities.
Help track and report QHSE performance metrics, incidents, and improvement actions.
Participate in the investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses; assist in preparing reports and follow-up on corrective measures.
Aid in the delivery of training and awareness programs related to QHSE practices, PPE usage, emergency preparedness, and regulatory compliance.
Promote a culture of quality, safety, and environmental responsibility among all staff through communication and engagement activities.
Flexible to work in any shift as per operational requirements.
Key Requirements:
1-2 years of experience in a similar QHSE support or admin assistant role.
Familiarity with UAE safety regulations is a plus.
Good organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management tools.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Male candidates are preferred.
English fluency, both written and verbal
