RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Planning, organizing, and performing the Internal quality.
- Ensuring coordination with RTA on matters relating to quality.
- Ensuring the timely and effective implementations of all agreed and suggested preventive and corrective actions.
- Contributing to maintaining necessary records of the management reviews conducted during the Quality management meetings.
- Organizing Quality Management Meetings for facilitating the Management Review and maintaining the records for the same.
- Reporting on the performance of the QMS, and KPIs and highlighting any need for improvements, promoting awareness through Internal Quality Audit.
- Developing and controlling the issue and amendment along with the revisions of the quality manual, flow charts, work structures, forms, KPI plan, and procedures.
- Providing feedback to the management about the performance of the quality system through the Internal Quality Audit so that the same can be reviewed for possible improvement of the system.
- Acting as the Management Representative for quality (Quality MR) for the successful implementation of the quality system in RTA as per the stated guidelines and requirements of ISO 9001 standards.
- Team up with other departments regarding quality assurance issues and activities, providing direct support to every quality event, and ensuring all relevant are addressed and actions are taken as needed.
- Monitoring all the corrective and preventive actions along with the possible control of non-conformance for the overall service being provided by RTA for their timely completion and effectiveness based on the decisions taken during management reviews.
