JOB QUALIFICATION:
- Have accredited bachelor's or Master's Degree in any of the following fields along with Adanced Food Hygiene/HACCP/Food Safety Training course:
FOOD SCIENCE & TECHNOLOGY
MICROBIOLOGY
HOTEL MANAGEMENT
FOOD AGRICULTURE
VETERINARY SCIENCE
- Or Higher Diploma in food or related field and possess Advanced Food Hygiene/HACCP/Food Safety training course
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure Safety and Hygiene of the food products handled in the food establishment
- Conducts Hygiene inspections and internal audits as per the legal and statutory requirements
- Take necessary corrective action for the non conformity identified or raise in internal and external audits inspections
- Manage and maintain an affective pre-requisite program
- Handle customer complaints
- Monitor and maintains Food Safety documents and records
- Ensure the food handlers are effectively trained on basic food hygiene and FSI Programs
- Ensure proper selection, evaluation of Food and food contact materials supplier
- Effective communication with Food Control section in liaison with food safety, food poisoning, alerts, notification, traceability, recall and other legal requirements.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ras al-Khaimah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Quality Controller/Food Safety Incharge: 2 years (Preferred)
