Job Description
- Prepared tender document, contract, and bill of quantities.
- Taking off quantity and prepare costing and budget for projects.
- Preparation of progress claims and updating progress payment
- General quotation for commercial and residential.
- Prepare shop drawing and as-build drawing using AutoCAD
- Able to source & liaise with sub-cons and supplier
- Administrative work and basic accounting
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior
Job Requirement
- Candidate possess Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Survey or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience.
- Positive attitude and good communication
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
- Basic Accounting
- Experience in using AutoCAD for Interior design & Architectural drawing is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Experience:
- Quantity surveyor: 3 years (Preferred)
- Construction industry work: 1 year (Preferred)
