Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their real estate needs.
- Market properties through advertisements, online platforms, and open houses.
- Assist clients with buying, selling, or renting properties by offering professional guidance.
- Negotiate and close property deals, ensuring seamless and satisfactory outcomes.
- Stay updated on market trends, property values, and community insights.
- Prepare and handle necessary documentation, including contracts and agreements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle.
- RERA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
