About the Role:
We are looking for experienced and motivated Secondary Real Estate Agents to join our dynamic team in Dubai. As a Secondary Market Agent, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting ready properties across Dubai’s thriving real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
* Property Listings: Source and manage secondary market properties for sale and rent.
* Market Analysis: Stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends, pricing, and regulations.
* Negotiation & Closing: Guide clients through the buying and selling process, ensuring smooth transactions.
* Marketing & Lead Generation: Utilize digital platforms, networking, and referrals to generate leads.
* Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all transactions comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
* Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Secondary Market in Dubai.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Knowledge of Dubai’s secondary property market and legal procedures.
* Ability to work independently and in a team.
* RERA certification.
* Must have at least 10 active listings.
* Must have minimum AED 5 million transaction done in a year.
