About the Role:
We are excited to offer multiple openings for Real Estate Agents. We seek candidates with prior experience in Dubai’s Off Plan and secondary real estate market, proven track of real estate sales record and extensive telesales experience. Successful candidates will join a collaborative team, receive comprehensive training and company-provided leads, and enjoy increasing benefits upon consistently meeting sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Dubai secondary or primary real estate.
- Experience in telesales and record of converting leads into sales.
- Demonstrated sales, negotiation, and communication skills with experience in a sales-driven environment.
- High professional ethics and integrity.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Farsi or Chinese is an advantage.
- Ability to travel between the office and property viewings (a UAE driving license and personal vehicle are highly preferred).
Preferred Attributes:
- In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and current trends.
- Flexible availability to accommodate work demands.
- UAE driving license and personal vehicle.
- Ability to generate leads independently in addition to company-provided leads.

Key Responsibilities:
- Stay informed and proactively learn about Dubai’s real estate market trends.
- Actively participate in the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct property viewings and represent sellers’ interests during transactions.
- Negotiate and finalize property deals effectively.
