About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Resale Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the secondary real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with buyers and sellers. This is a commission-based role, offering unlimited earning potential for ambitious professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying and selling resale properties in Abu Dhabi’s metropolitan areas.
- Conduct market research and comparative analysis to provide clients with accurate property valuations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and buyers.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Stay updated on market trends, legal regulations, and industry developments.
- Promote resale properties through various marketing channels, including social media and networking events.
- Provide expert guidance on investment opportunities and property financing options.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate sales, particularly in resale properties (minimum 2-3 years preferred).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market and regulations.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- UAE driving license and own vehicle is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are a plus.
