Location: Ajman, UAE
Arfeen Real Estate is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team in Ajman. This role is ideal for an experienced real estate professional with a strong background in sales leadership and team development.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of proven real estate sales experience (UAE market preferred)
- Experience managing a team of 5+ Property Consultants
- Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities
- Valid UAE driver’s license and own vehicle
- Track record of success in target-driven environments
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and performance of the sales team
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market reach
- Coach, guide, and conduct performance reviews for team members
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and competitors to inform strategic decisions
- Represent the company at real estate exhibitions, project launches, and networking events
