About the Role
Future Generation Properties LLC is seeking a creative, multi-skilled content creator with proven experience in real estate marketing to join our dynamic team. This role combines professional videography with graphic design expertise to deliver high-quality visual content across various formats. The ideal candidate will support property marketing, brand visibility, and lead generation across digital channels including Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, YouTube, and the company website. Real estate industry experience is essential to ensure content reflects the expectations of property buyers, tenants, and investors in the UAE market.
Key ResponsibilitiesVideography & Editing
- Capture and edit property walkthroughs, developer promos, aerial drone footage, and event recaps
- Create short-form vertical videos (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) optimised for social engagement
- Produce testimonial and team videos with clear narratives and branded overlays
- Operate and maintain video gear (cameras, gimbals, microphones, lighting)
- Use editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Veed.io for fast and professional turnaround
Graphic Design
- Design property flyers, brochures, social media posts, email headers, WhatsApp visuals, and event invites
- Create visually engaging content in line with the company’s brand identity and style guides
- Use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva for fast turnarounds
- Design visuals for use in landing pages, CRM mailers, and WhatsApp campaigns
Digital Content & Campaign Support
- Support the marketing team in delivering visual assets for ongoing campaigns
- Prepare creatives for Meta Ads, stories, carousels, and lead-gen landing pages
- Participate in planning and executing media shoots for developers and internal team milestones
Required Skills & ToolsVideography Skills
- Filming real estate interiors/exteriors with stabilised, cinematic quality
- Mastery of manual camera settings (ISO, shutter speed, white balance, aperture)
- Use of stabilisation equipment (gimbals, sliders, tripods)
- Strong framing, composition, and lighting setup (natural + artificial)
- Professional sound recording (wireless mics, lapels, directional mics)
- Editing proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Veed.io
- Colour grading, transitions, branded text overlays
- Drone operation (preferred; licensed or familiar with UAE regulations)
- Experience with vertical content creation for Reels, TikTok, and WhatsApp
Graphic Design & Tools
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Knowledge of Canva or Figma is a plus
- Understanding of design for print, digital ads, email, and social
- Ability to maintain and apply a consistent brand identity
Other Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience in real estate or lifestyle content creation
- Fluent in Arabic and English – mandatory
- Strong portfolio covering both design and video work
- UAE driving license – preferred
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
As part of this role, the candidate will be expected to deliver various types of creative content within defined timelines. These include producing 2–3 property walkthrough videos per week with a 48-hour turnaround after shooting, and editing 1–2 developer videos weekly within 24–48 hours, focusing on digital engagement. Additionally, the role involves creating 2–3 short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, or Shorts) per week with a 24–36 hour turnaround, aiming for high reach and completion rates. WhatsApp video teasers (under 30 seconds) will be produced as needed and delivered within 24 hours to support immediate lead response efforts. The position also includes developing 2–3 3D virtual tours or 360° walkthroughs per month with a delivery time of 3–5 working days, ensuring smooth integration into listings and interactivity. For social media, the candidate will design 5–7 image posts per week, delivered within 24 hours to maintain engagement and brand consistency. Additionally, flyers, brochures, and banners are to be created per listing or project, with a turnaround of 24–48 hours, supporting sales teams with professional-quality design. Visual assets such as landing page and email banners will be produced at a rate of 1–2 per campaign within 24 hours, optimized for click-through rates and visual appeal. Lastly, the candidate will be responsible for covering and editing 1–2 event recap or office culture videos per month, delivered within 48 hours to support internal branding and team visibility.
