Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and driven Secondary Market Real Estate Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in resale properties, with strong knowledge of the local real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and list resale properties for sale or lease in the secondary market.
- Build and maintain a strong property portfolio through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct property viewings and market appraisals.
- Negotiate offers and close deals between buyers and sellers.
- Advise clients on current market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Maintain updated knowledge of the real estate market, trends, and competitor activities.
- Ensure all documents and agreements comply with RERA and company standards.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow-up support to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent (minimum 1 year in the UAE secondary market preferred).
- Strong understanding of resale transactions, title deeds, and mortgage processes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and target-driven.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
- RERA certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English (Arabic, Hindi, Russian, or other languages is a plus).

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
