Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors warmly and assist with inquiries professionally.
- Manage bookings, check-ins, and general guest questions.
- Promote VR experiences and packages to boost sales.
- Keep the reception and lounge clean and welcoming.
- Answer calls politely and direct them as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and bookings.
- Track and restock office and guest supplies.
- Operate office equipment and manage basic filing.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year in customer service with sales experience.
- Friendly, engaging, and customer-focused.
- Confident promoting services and upselling.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Clear phone communication and Microsoft Office skills.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Reliable and punctual with strong attendance.
