Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional attitude
- Manage bookings, calls communication
- Handle scheduling and client flow efficiently
- Coordinate with technicians and ensure smooth operations at reception
Requirements:
- Fluent English (verbal and written)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Friendly and positive personality
- Responsible, punctual, and well-organized
- Neat appearance and warm client service approach
- Previous experience as a receptionist: 1 year preferred
