Job Summary:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Receptionist cum Office Assistant to join our team. This role combines front desk responsibilities with general administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
- Manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and events.
- Provide administrative support to various departments (filing, scanning, data entry).
- Handle basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, printing, and organizing documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, couriers, and maintenance services as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Experience preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable and professional appearance.
- High school diploma; additional administrative certification is a plus.
Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9 AM – 6 PM
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
