Receptionist cum Lead Handling & Telecalling Assistant (Female)
We are looking for a confident, well-spoken, and organized Receptionist cum Lead Handling & Telecalling Assistant to join our clinic team. This role is ideal for someone who is enthusiastic about client communication, can manage front-desk responsibilities, and is proactive in following up with leads and appointments.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Admin Support:
- Greet and assist walk-in patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp, Instagram inquiries, and email inquiries.
- Handle appointment bookings, follow-ups, and reminders.
- Maintain and update patient records and appointment logs.
- Coordinate with clinic staff for smooth daily operations.
Lead Handling & Telecalling:
- Proactively follow up with leads generated through social media, website, and campaigns.
- Call, text, and follow up with potential clients to educate them about clinic services and book consultations.
- Maintain lead database and ensure timely updates and tracking of conversations.
- Provide clear information to clients about services, offers, and procedures.
- Build rapport with clients to increase conversion and retention.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field.
- Experience in reception, customer service, or telecalling (clinic or beauty industry preferred).
- Excellent spoken and written English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Proficient in using computers, WhatsApp, Excel, and CRM or lead management tools.
- Friendly, presentable, and confident communicator.
- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently.
