Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients professionally at the front desk
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
- Handle incoming calls and general inquiries
- Promote and explain medical services and packages to walk-in clients
- Support in-house sales targets and follow up on leads
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service setting is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Friendly, organized, and sales-oriented personality
