Bachelor’s degree in any field with 5+ years of relevant experience in Real Esate / Contracting Companies as a Receptionist for Project Site Office.

- Greet visitors, contractors, and clients
- Handle phone calls, emails, and messages
- Maintain site office administration, including records and documents
- Coordinate meetings, site visits, and logistics
- Provide support to project team members

Ensure site office is organized and secure contractor and consultants to the assigned Project Managers and ensure to upload and liaise the documents in connect system and concerns consultants.
